Orchard and Vine

Growing superb agricultural products has been the Nunn family’s passion for a long time. Once we began growing wine grapes, we were excited to try our hand at producing wines from the exceptional fruit harvested at the uniquely ideal, sprawling Orchard & Vine vineyard. Wrapped around the southern entrance to Brentwood, the undulating sloping contours of the land, fertile sandy loam soil, and decades of farming expertise, come together in one place to create wines we are truly proud to call our own.

2021 marks our third round of bottling. The two previous bottlings by Nunn Family Vineyards resulted in a variety of awards and medals that find us both thrilled and thankful. We are guided and surrounded by incredibly talented winemakers. Being a part of this wine growing community is both an honor and inspiration.

Farming first attracted the Nunn Family to the rich soils of Brentwood almost 150 years ago. At just 20 years old, George Nunn came to town to work the grain harvest. He saw promise and a successful future living and working with the kind people of Brentwood. Slowly, other family members joined him, and they set down roots in their beautiful surroundings. They began building a farming business that is still run by third, fourth and fifth generation members of the Nunn Family.

Love for the land and a passion for farming is deeply rooted throughout the Nunn Family. This outlook on life formed the momentum behind Orchard & Vine. Ron and Shirley Nunn purchased the property with a vision of growing wine grapes and farm market produce while creating a destination that would allow others to enjoy the surrounding scenic beauty and to experience agriculture firsthand. 

We look forward to welcoming visitors and pouring and selling our wines in our own beautiful tasting room. Plans include a winery and tasting room, a market bursting with produce and tempting offerings from the farm, picnic areas, and a gorgeous setting for special gatherings such as weddings, reunions, winemaker dinners… possibilities abound!

Three Nunns Farm shares the vineyard property that we call Orchard & Vine. Visitors can visit Three Nunns Farm to experience agriculture firsthand almost year-round and and pick and purchase fruits and vegetables. Added bonuses include closeup views of our vineyard and its 15 different varieties, as well as tractor rides!
